For William, real estate has always been a natural progression from his roots in carpentry.  As teenagers (still too young to fully appreciate the challenges!) we jumped head-first into our first flip – an experience which provided a multitude of lessons learned, all on one of Midtown KW’s beautiful streets.  This first home needed absolutely everything!  Over the course of a year, we worked day and night while still keeping day jobs to complete our first project.  We were beyond excited when it sold at a price above our expectations, which in the 2009 market blew us away.  Over the course of the following years, we carried on to complete five more substantial projects, some being our own lived-in residences.  These experiences – working hand in hand with the business of real estate sales – built skills, relationships, and resources that you simply won’t develop any other way than through good old-fashioned hard work.

In 2014, William started out as an independent contractor and quickly discovered a gap in the market for trusted, skillful, reliable contractors with an eye for problem-solving on complex jobs.  Again, we were beyond grateful there was always more than enough business, and William found himself working on some of the most interesting high-end projects in Kitchener-Waterloo.

At the same time, Nicole completed her degree in Psychology at WLU, and set out looking to make a difference.  Helping people through major change is something that always came naturally to Nicole, and early on it was clear that this was an ideal skill set for the real estate industry.  Her early years were spent working in the new homes business, independently selling new construction communities for a well known Waterloo-Wellington builder.  With a growing passion for character homes, this naturally led Nicole to guiding people through the ups and downs of moving from a resale perspective.  While Nicole continued in Real Estate, we realized early on that William and Nicole’s skills go hand-in-hand to help families reach that next step.  Whether you are upsizing, downsizing, investing, or buying that very first home, it helps to have an agent who understands your needs and your motivations.  It helps even more to have an team which encompasses that industry-wide experience.  So, as you prepare your home to sell or as you consider taking on a new challenge, we’re sure that our knowledge and experience will be incredibly helpful.  Nicole has created a legacy as an award-winning Realtor – if you’re on the fence, just read our reviews!  It would be our privilege to assist you in your real estate experience, and it’s not a duty that we take lightly.  As a team, we’re here to ensure that our clients can realize dreams of their own.
