In all my past purchases, I felt duped after each one, thinking I over paid and for some reason, sellers always asked for my max. With Nicole, she presented research, we went in with a strong plan, made adjustments along the way, and ultimately I came out successful without over-bidding. I was a first time home buyer who was eager to buy my first place at the beginning of 2024 when the market had slowed down and was happy to experience it with Will. I knew I would be in good hands with Wills background as someone who did house renovations who could point out any important details or could answer any questions I had about modifying the house or condo.
