She was: - Very hands on with general market information (such as trends) - Very hands on with specific information (such as info relating to a specific neighborhood or the street, or even previous listing of a property we were interested in) - For every listing we are interested in, she will do a complete research and reach out to the seller's agent well in advance - Nicole asks the counterparty all the right questions - so we were very comfortable working with her even though we are transacting remotely - We really appreciate that Nicole has great strategies when it comes to making offers - as our (buyer) agent - she strikes a great balance between getting us to make a competitive offer and trying to save us money (which we find to be a very important but rare trait!) I was a first time home buyer who was eager to buy my first place at the beginning of 2024 when the market had slowed down and was happy to experience it with Will. I knew I would be in good hands with Wills background as someone who did house renovations who could point out any important details or could answer any questions I had about modifying the house or condo. Will helped to open my perspective by taking me to some places I wasnt originally interested in or couldnt afford to understand what I was looking for and asking which things I liked about each place. Although the housing market had slowed down from the previous years it still seemed relatively competitive when I was looking.
