We are from BC and was looking to work with an ON agent to purchase a house in the Waterloo area. We were very fortunate to have worked with Nicole. We are usually very picky with agents - and in this case Nicole has checked all our boxes. She was: - Very hands on with general market information (such as trends) - Very hands on with specific information (such as info relating to a specific neighborhood or the street, or even previous listing of a property we were interested in) - For every listing we are interested in, she will do a complete research and reach out to the seller's agent well in advance - Nicole asks the counterparty all the right questions - so we were very comfortable working with her even though we are transacting remotely - We really appreciate that Nicole has great strategies when it comes to making offers - as our (buyer) agent - she strikes a great balance between getting us to make a competitive offer and trying to save us money (which we find to be a very important but rare trait!) We have successfully purchased a new home - and it is difficult to imagine being able to do so without Nicole's help in such a competitive market. We highly recommend Nicole if you are buying or selling in the Kitchener/Waterloo area!
