In all my past purchases, I felt duped after each one, thinking I over paid and for some reason, sellers always asked for my max. With Nicole, she presented research, we went in with a strong plan, made adjustments along the way, and ultimately I came out successful without over-bidding. I believe, in life, it's important that you have professionals you trust on your team. I have a trusted lawyer, accountant, electrician, aesthetician but for my biggest investment, for the longest time, I found it nearly impossible to find a realtor I wanted on my team. But now I have Nicole. I've been in my home for over a year now.
