We will guide you throughout the pre-approval process to give you the confidence that every home you see is a home within your budget. We work closely with your mortgage broker throughout the process keeping them informed and up to date. We are happy to recommend a mortgage broker if you need one.

Step 3: Personalized Search Portal

We will provide you with listings based on your customized needs as soon as they hit the market and book you in to view the properties at your earliest convenience.

Step 4: Comparable Properties

We will educate you and provide comparable sales for all properties you are considering putting an offer on to ensure you are fully educated on the property so we can negotiate the right price for your next home.

Step 5: Negotiations

We will negotiate on your behalf to ensure that you get the best deal possible and protect your best interests by including specific clauses and conditions in your offer.

Step 6: Lifetime Support

We will be there every step of the way with all your home ownership needs. We have preferred home inspectors, lawyers, cleaners, contractors, movers, and trades contacts. We hope to retain a lifelong friendship with our clients through yearly client appreciation events like our Rib fest tent, our private Oktoberfest party, Christmas party and tree/wreath distribution.
